T.K.O. Sports Advertising And Production - Crystal And John Bad Company Total Ripoff Houston Texas

In mid October 2007 Crystal Amos from TKO Sports called my cell phone asking if we would like to advertise our buisness name on the athletic t-shirts they were making for our children school. She was very pleasant and professional about it and explained all the prices and size of the advertisement. Being we just started our family business here on this little island and we are always supportive to our childrens school projects we agreed to go ahead with the t-shirt advertsing logo.

It cost us $349.50 and we were to receive two free t-shirts and also we purchased an additional two shirts for $10 each. She than gave a 10% discount which cost us a total of $332.55. I was told will take 2 to 4 weeks for the school and our shirts to come in the mail. I than received an invoice on m email dated invoice date 9/26/07 and paid in full on 10/16/07. The funds was removed from our bank account o 10/18/07. In November I called to follow up and she told me it will be another two weeks. I called every month thereafter and they kept telling me another two weeks. Finally on 12/4/07 I spoke with John and he's the project coordinator and he again said two more weeks. By this time I said no this is it and I want my money back. He was very rude and told me you will not get any money back for I was paying for their production time in making these shirts. I told him I did not receive any shirts and tired of waiting and want my funds. He than said this is f___ ridiculas and I than said excuse me don't cuss and I heard you very clearly. I told him I will take all necessary legal action against this company and he hung up the phone.

I e-mailed them twice and got no response so I filed with the Better Business and made a report which I am still waiting to hear from them. I've left messages on their phone and they do not respond either. I got ripped off from this company and I still want my money back!! Till today I did not receive any shirts and neither did the school. This is a terrible company that takes advantage of our childrens school and small family business by using our children to get your money!!!!!
