For the past 12 month's I have been getting charges of $16.99 sometimes once or twice a month that started in April 2014 with a total charge to my account of $288. I called them once at 800-5264848 and was told they would fix the problem. I never really reconcile my checking account so I didn't pick up on the continued charges
