My CPA brought it to my attention that a company TLG-Shoppers had been billing my credit card for a total of 17 debits of $17.99.I have never even heard of this company.Does anyone have any suggestions about recovering the money? There should be some kind of protection from these criminals.

TLG is the same company as Trilegent, I think. It's one of the sneaky companies that you're automatically enrolled in if you don't uncheck a box while making a purchase online.

You aren't going to get your money back.

Even if you have an accountant, you should be checking your credit card bills MONTHLY for just this type of thing. Did you really go 17 months without looking at a bill?????
