TLG Shoppers SCAMMERS!!!!! Stamford Connecticut

My mother recently checked her bank statement and noticed that there were charges of $21.95 for two months. When we called the bank to inquire about these charges, she was told by her bank they were recurring charges and gave her the phone numbers to contact the company. Upon contacting TLG they explained that this was a membership and can not be refunded, we were persistent with the agent and she then said that they can only refund the payments after a review has been submitted. WTF!!!! Why is there a review when a refund is necessary but no one contacted us when the funds were being taken. This is unacceptable and I would like for everyone to be careful, I am not sure how and where they retrieved our information. The phone numbers are 800-526-4848 and as always there is a 7-10 business day review. Ughhhh!
