TLG*SHOPPER charged from my debit card from Bank of America $7.79 every month for the last 3 years Norwalk Connecticut

i have been trying to get my bank (Bank of America) to remove this monthly charge from my account with no avail. i am in the military and serve my country well. i have been deployed since 2003 from Fort Drum to Afghanistan. and Germany to Afghanistan again in 2005. After calling the 800 number listed on my online statement it just gives an automated response saying all lines are busy. after deperately trying to search this 800 number with no avail and instead found this site about TLG*Shopper complaints; i would like to know who can help me out after all this years of not being able to get this memebership fee that i supposively have purchase from TLG. On my online statement which states "TLG*SHOPPER53508277MAY 05/03 CARD #0487 Purchase#24610436123004135053777 800-631-8140, CT" what does all this mean? can i sue TLG or my Bank for charges that i never even got any products in my mail?

To all my fellow soldiers and peers if you are with Bank of America that charges monthly on your debit card from TLG*SHOPPER. call them up and cancel if you can even get a hold of them. find you another bank instead; especially when you are stationed OVERSEAS.
