TMI Wireless Do Not Trust These Knuckleheads With Your Money They Are Not Worth It Ripoff Fairfax Virginia

If you wish to order a new cell phone online and receive your new cell phone in a timely manner, I suggest you use another service other than TMI Wireless. These people do not know the meaning of good customer service, they are the type of people who will take your money and run away with it. I ordered a cell phone which was supposed to ship within 72 hours, it did not. They then claimed that this particular phone was so popular that they were out of stock. This is not a good answer because if they were aware of how well this particular phone was flying off the shelves, they could have restocked before they ran out completely.

They have been in business since 2001, you'd think they would have learned something by now about how to treat a customer, especially in light of their own shortcomings. Five days after placing the order my phone has still not arrived and according to TMI, it hasn't even been shipped yet. So the email they sent me indicating that it had been shipped is another goof they made. Just because a company talks the good talk, doesn't mean diddlysquat anymore, you think you're getting a good deal and then you get screwed by someone who shouldn't even be in business. As of this time, my previous carrier was ATT, they canceled my service as I was on a call.

Nextel, my new carrier has activated my account today 7/25/07 and I have no phone. I could be without a phone for up to 3 days longer. Do not trust these people with your money, they aren't worth it.
