My name is Natasha I live in the Philadelphia area. I purchased 5 items from Tophatter that were all disappointment.One of the children tablet I purchased was fake and doesn't work and I paid $45 for it.The other one I paid $65 and never received it and cannot get in contact with anyone to refund my money.I am a single mother that's trying to get my children Christmas presents.I cannot afford to get ripped off.
