In the month of April 2018, tophatter sent a package and I refused it and had it returned to sender. The Post Office shows it was returned from their Post Office in Columbia, Tn.38401. Using the original tracking number, they could track it as far as Nashville, Tn.. They said that there shows it was sent back. But Tophatter refuses to refund the $50.00 that they charged me.
