Topstar Herbal False advertising, trial bottle of Vital Acai, full amount charge 2 days after trial shipped. Internet

On June 2, 2009 I order a trial bottle of AcaiPure; the charge of $6.01 was posted to my debit card on June 16, 2009. On June 18, 2009 I was charge the full cost for this produce $79.95 plus tax ($80.75 total charge).

I have tried to contact this company by phone four different times; left messages to call back, never received any calls. What you get when you call is a recorded message to either hold for a representative, I waited for 30 minuites then hung up; you can also press 2 and leave a message. These never bet answered either.

I did receive an email message that really didn't even touch the issue that I sent the message about the charge of $80.75.

This company "erepmare"/topsta herbal is reall a ripoff - a trial offer of 14 days to them appears to be from the time the order is placed; what is really a scam is the charge of $79.95 just two days after shipment; which had not even been received yet and as of this day 6/25 has not been received.

I advise everyone to steer away from these "trial" offers as it appears the 14 day trials are just a scam to get you credit/debit card number so that charge can be made without authorization. It is extremely hard to get this money back and the banks won't return it to your account because the card is authorized. I was advised to cancel my debit card and have a new on reissued.

Be very careful is you see the name "TopStar Herbal" on any order successful email document because you will be charged the full amount not just the "trial offer amount".
