First of all, I didn't keep a copy of my original receipt for the order made. I wish I kept it. I was contacted with an email offer to my HOTMAIL email account to test out their product (with free sample- just pay shipping and handling charges). From what I recall, the email did not mention any thing about the company starting a mailing service of pills for $79.95 per month. If I saw this, I would not have made the order....

However, the information listed on the web site www.ripoffreport.com explains what happened to me too. I contacted the merchant on July 6, 2009 explaining that the order was a mistake and I wanted to ship the order back to them. The company acknowledged getting my email but ignored my request to stop the order or ship the product back to them. Then the company continued shipping the product to me and even offered to change the terms of their contract (not my contract). Even though I did not ask for this, the company went on to say they would allow me to keep the excess pills for a reduced price.

In my emails, I clearly stated I wanted this subscription to END ASAP . It is the companies fault if they ignored my instructions in my emails. I want a refund of all amounts except the $5.95 amount that was supposed to be for the sample of the product. Furthermore, in the 17 July 2009 email the company said their check out process is "confusing." If it is so confusing, they need to change their website to make it NOT CONFUSING. Of course, we all know that is not going to happen....

The company sent me the same B.S. Conditions and Terms that they sent some one else. These were not listed on the email I got from the company. If they were, there sales would not be so good ...
