The variable speed control on my Toro electric leaf blower broke soon after purchase. It won't shut off completely.
This creates potential safety and fire hazards. I have made numerous attempts to have the unit repaired or replaced during the warranty period with no resolution from Toro other than I must pay to have the unit shipped back to Minnesota! More
wasting my time and money. More customer NON-service from Toro.
 
Toro's poor quality product and their insouciant attitude for it's customer's is the reality hiding behind the brand. Toro clearly values profits over integrity.
