Total Legal.com Charged me for three months worth of services I did not order or receive. I cancelled my account the same day I opened and they claim I had a second account with a typo error and can only credit me back one month of fees. Felonious charges on their part!!!! Bad bad company!!!!! Internet

On April 29,2016 I went on Total Legal .com to get information in living wills and durable power of attorneys. In order to get any printed information the website requests your financial information, so I entered it and then cancelled my account immediately. Unbeknownst to me on May 8,2016, June 9,2016 and July11,2016 Total Legal charged my account 9.95 for services I never received. When brought to my attention I immediately called on July 12,2016 and spoke with a woman who refuswd to give me her name but claimed to be the manager. She said she saw that I cancelled the account on April 29,2016 but that there was another account with a typo error and was I aware of this? I was not. She said she could only credit me Julys chargebecause they can only go back 30 days. Clearly a very unethical and fraud driven business. She clearly saw I cancelled the account and there was zero activity. Extremely bad business oractice and they are suppose to be an example od our legal system!!! Sad..

I was contacted via email by totallegal.com to inform me due to the circumstances they would issue me an additional 2 months credit that was charged in error to my credit card if I considered retracting my report from ripoff report.com. I am very glad they decided to do the right thing, I hope in the future they do the right thing first without the customer having to advocate for appropriate action. Lesson learned for all. Many thanks.
