Total Protection Plus Charged me $12.95 per month for the past 4 months without permission. Clearwater Florida

A fraudulent company called "Total Protection Plus" has been charging me $12.95 per month for the past 4 months on my AT&T bill without permission. I have never heard of this company nor signed any document agreeing to pay the money. The company claims to offer a voice mail service, which I have never signed up for or even used. This company does not seem to disclose their physical address, as one of their two websites only has a P.O. Box disclosed on it. When I called up this company through their toll-free number, they said I was put in their system by something called "Gold Points," which I have also never heard of. The strangest part about all this was when they said the name they had in their system was "Current Resident." This is very ironic because the company claims to protect customers from Identity Theft. I am currently attempting to get this company to refund my stolen money, and have been given an assurance by them that this will happen, and have even been given a confirmation number for this, however, I do not trust this company to actually refund my money.
