LATE PAYMENT!!! Picked up a load in TX which was a problem because I had to wait til next day to offload 1 pallet because I was overweight. Delivered 2 drops in NY. 1 st drop, there were a few cases damaged due to the 1 or 2 pallets that shifted and a few cases came up short as well. They offloaded all their product and non was refused. Last drop- 3 cases were short on order and accepted. Between the both drops, 45 cases in total were damaged/short. TQL wants to make a big deal over this saying there could be a potential claim...Over 45 cases, really? I'm pretty sure customer hasn't filed a bogus claim over a few cases. TQL...Instead of making false claims, just pay me my invoice minus whatever deduction your customer deducted from your invoice. It's ridiculous to think customer has up to 9 months to make a small claim over something petty.

Max,
Our claims department is waiting for documentation from the customer in order to move this claim forward. There were shortages and damages on the load and by waiting for the documentation from the customer, they are trying to minimize the deduction on your final pay. You can discuss this further with the broker on the load or our claims department at claims@tql.com. Please include the load number with your communication.
