Totally Vapor USA Deceiving liars scam liquid overcharge warrantee Nationwide

This company is a joke! They severely over charge for all of their products. For example they charge about $130 for what they call a single dual coil torpedo when online a double kit of the same thing is $50. Don't get me wrong I understand overhead but that is ridiculous! Also they lie about their liquids! All of their bottles of e-liquids are not only over priced and smaller then what they say they are but they lie about the amount of nicotine that's in them! My friend makes liquids and gave me a sample of his 24 mg menthol and it was much stronger then totally vapors 24mg cool.

To make all matters worse there is an older short shriveled up blonde woman who claims to be the manager one day and the owner the next. Watch out for her!! She is a compulsive liar and a con artist! I purchased an extended warrantee from her and two weeks later my battery wouldent work. I went back to the kiosk to have it replaced . When I arrived I had to wait 40 min for the old shaking hag to get back from galavanting around the mall. I told her what was wrong with my battery and that I purchased an extended warrantee. The hag ( who's name was either Tracy or Terri ) looked my name up in the system and told me I was a liar ! After her horrible customer service she refused to replace my battery. I left and came back a few days later to find these two younger kids at the kiosk. I told them what happened and when they looked up my name they found the warrantee. Between the lies and scams its amazeing how they find time to run a business!

P.s. I think the older woman is being paid illegally because she was complaining about her government check yet when I walked up the first time she was counting money out of an envelope with her name on it which she took out of the register!
