Totally Vapor USA is located all over the country operating in mall kiosks. I purchased numerous bottles of liquid to use in my electronic cigarette at the South Shore mall in Bay Shore NY. A good friend of mine offered to save me a lot of money on my liquid by mixing the ingredients himself for me. he asked for some empty bottles to mix in and this was when it was discovered that the volume of the bottle of liquids was only 15ml, not the 20ml that is printed on my receipt. I went back to the store and spoke to an older lady working there and she was acting very suspicious and being deceptive. She told me I wasn't ripped off and that I got what I paid for. How do these people sleep at night?

I thought I was doing better by taking advantage of their "buy three, get one FREE" offer, but now I realize that if I spent enough money, they gave me what I thought I already paid for.

This company needs to make right on all the customers they ripped off!
