I purchased a car from toyota of el cajon. I was conned into paying more than i should and after signing the papers the finance clerk started talking about what he does to people who give bad reviews on yelp. He went on to say he "has a guy" that he gives the customers info to that distributes it. When i realized they werent going to send my payment slips i went on yelp. A few weeks later i was bombarded with junk mail and i was getting calls from a stranger threatening me. And a few weeks later a group of men came to my house and tried to intimidate me. Since then ive had scratches on my car and my valve caps stolen.

It was very difficult for us to read this review and we were quite taken back by your experience.
In no way would Toyota of El Cajon condone this type of behavior from any of our associates.
We have never heard of an incident like this occurring at our dealership.
