Steve Sheffer, you cost me extra $12,000.00 at the end of my closed end motor vehicle lease agreement. You lead me to believed that I will owned the vehicle with no residual valueafter 5 years because you told me so.My instinct at that time told me that there is something wrong with thedocument but I just didn't see it then. Nowonder you don't want me to finish reading the contract in front of you after I signed the contract. Now I know why all the figures are not put above the line, unlike the firstcontract which was very clear and all the figures are above the line. No wonder you don't want me to touched that piece of paper you showed me when you compared my previous and new lease aggreement. I have a feeling that you already doctored that piece of paper when I left your office. And probably, that's how your company make more money by ripping off your customer.

Warning! to all people who wants to lease vehicle from this company, before you signed the contract make sure the documents are properly prepared and figures are above the line, soit's easy for you to see what was typewritten by justbrowsing through the document even if you don't want to read all the paragraph.

Second, ask fora copy of all documents that you signed even if that piece of paper is not part of legal document.

Lastly, read the document in front of the person and if that person ask you to excuse yourself from his office, tear that document in front of the person's face and walk away from that office.

TONTO, TOYOTA OF EL CAJON MAY HAVE DISCOVERED THAT....

AUTHOR: Karl - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 11, 2011

there was some fraud that took place regarding your transaction, right?

*Why else would someone at the dealership want to apologize?

I'll bet that they looked over all of your documents and they found out that if you pursued things in a court of law, you would win!

Get all of the copies of the lease agreement that the dealership sent to the leasing company and examine every piece of paperwork for "forged signatures", "increasing your income on the credit application", "changing your job title on the credit application", and other things that would show fraud took place by someone at the dealership, okay?

Remember, they lied to you, correct? If they lied to you, they might lie to the leasing company by submitting fraudulent documents, wouldn't you agree?

Keep us posted.

Good luck.

P.S. Make sure to 'Google' this- CAR SALES: TRICKS OF THE TRADE- CONSUMER ALERT, and watch how a credit application was altered by a finance manger at a car dealership. The company that owns that Ford dealership, Sonic Automotive, also owns several Toyota dealerships throughout the USA. They own & operate about 150 dealerships nationwide.

Be careful with letting them know who you are without a lawyer with you, they may want to find out who you are and make threats of slander andDefamation.

I would not trustMichelle Candelaria to do the right thing.

Excuse me for pointing out the obvious

AUTHOR: Steven - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, January 07, 2011

You agreed to LEASE the vehicle. You did not sign a SALES contract for the car you agreed to LEASE it for a set time (I.E. 24, 36, 48, or 60months). You agreed to only put a certain amount of miles on the vehicle per month or per year and be charged for any excess miles.

Never sign a contract with blank amounts. Never allow a salesperson anywhere to rush you into to signing a document. If you have an attorney then tell the salesperson to fill in everything and you will have your attorney look over it. If you can't afford an attorney then at least take the contract home and look over it with someone else.

TONTO, IT'S NOT A "LEGALLY BINDING" CONTRACT IF YOU CAN PROVE....

AUTHOR: Karl - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, January 07, 2011

that someone else tampered with it after you signed it, correct?

If any part of the contract was tampered with, then you'd be able to prove that fraud took place and get out of the contract and sue the dealership for damages, right?

All you need to do is get ALL of the copies of the contract that the dealership sent to the leasing company.

Good luck, & keep us posted.

Here's The Answer!

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, January 06, 2011

Let me quote: "No wonder you don't want me to finish reading the contract in front of you AFTER I signed the contract."

What did your contract say? Why did you sign a contract YOU DIDN'T READ?

Absolutely amazing!

Obligate yourself to a legally binding document and financial terms when you didn't even read the document to see what those terms are!

Incredible!!!

Tonto, Make sure to contact the leasing company and get ALL of the copies....

AUTHOR: Karl - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, January 06, 2011

of the lease agreement that the dealership sent them. If TMCC (Toyota Motor Credit Corporation) is the leasing company, contact them immediately and tell them you want copies of every piece of paperwork.

Once you receive the contract, compare it with your copies and check for forged signatures and other possible signs of 'doctoring' the lease agreement by the dealership. If your copies don't match-up with the paperwork sent to the leasing company by the dealership, then you can get out of the lease because you would be able to prove that FRAUD took place, right?

Make sure to stay at this site and type in 331575 and read Carol's Ripoff Report. (Ripoff Report #331575.) She said in her Ripoff Report that her signature was forged by someone at the Toyota dealership.

Then 'Google' this- CAR SALES: TRICKS OF THE TRADE- CONSUMER ALERT, and watch how a finance manager at a car dealership altered a credit application in a secret undercover investigation caught on camera.

***VERY IMPORTANT: Toyota Corporation will do everything in its power to PROTECT their dealers! Don't be fooled by someone at Toyota Corporation if they try to tell you that everything is okay and the lease papers are all in order. GET ALL OF THE COPIES IMMEDIATELY!

Good luck, and keep us posted.
