Toysport Sells defective merchandise, does not ship orders promptly, Lies to customers, credit card companys ripoff Gardena California

I have had TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS stolen from me.

I ordered an engine and several other items pertaining to installation of this engine from JOEL LUZ at TOYSPORT on October 15,2003.The engine wasn't shipped until December 1st.My credit card had been billed on October 15th.
The engine I received had been run with no oil in it and was in no condition to be described as "The cleanest engine we have" Quote from JOEL LUZ.

They refused to supply me with an RA number for return authorization,claiming that JOEL LUZ was the man that handled that and he was out of the office.He remained out of the office just enough time for their stated return policy to run out.JOEL LUZ claimed he would arrange for pick up,and the engine sits in my driveway,on a pallet,wrapped in shrink wrap,waiting,waiting waiting for a truck that never arrives.

The other items were never received.JOEL LUZ claims they were shipped,but he can't provide any paperwork proving that claim and he sure can't provide any proof of delivery because I never received anything.

I filed a report with my credit card company and they lied to them telling them that I had received all items that I had ordered. They lied to the BBB which they are members of and claim that they had been unable to contact me. Toysport NEVER tried to contact me.

I have successfully persuaded several websites which TOYSPORT had banner ads on to stop advertising for them.Several of the Toyota bulletin boards or forums have agreed that TOYSPORT is nothing but a rip off and have their own horror stories to tell.
Do not do business with Toysport.NEVER.
