=Toysport and I set up a price (general) of 7000.00 topet a3sget engine in my 1989 MR2, he had built the engine we were taking out(4agez) and I was happy with the job thought he kept my car for 1 year! Anyway he started doing the work and kept adding this and that to the price. It became clear I was going to be looking at about 12,000.00. Long story short and 25,000 $ later( Did mention this time it took 2 years to get the job done)I got the car back. The valves had problems and the head had to be pulled off twice, the wireing was hanging lose etc. The engine he built was using a quart of oil every 150 miles. Mr. Luz said this is normal when you have forged pistons in  the car.At this point I stopped being polite and he said he would rebuild the engine he just built 4000 miles ago for an extra 4000$ ( so now Im at 29,000)In the end we had words and I towed the car out of him shop ,found some honest people to clean up his mess that ran me a couple grand more. Oh did I mention He kept the engine,ecu, transmission,header that he removed from my car? He said it was a donation to his MR2!I think thats illegal and small cliams court here I come!
