TP Supply Inc., Mickey Spencer Of Spencer & Company, Patricia Nelson ripoff office supply company promises lowest prices on small orders but sends warehouse amount of supplies with an extremely high cost. Fort Mojave Arizona

I received a call from Mickey Spencer. She told me she's the owner of a supply company named Spencer & Company and the company was in the process of moving their office to Arizona.

She had informed me that she had spoken with one of the shareholders at my office who had given her my name as the person who order the firms office supplies. She then quoted to me very low prices for pens, post it pads , binder clips and scotch tape.

I had informed her that I would only order a small amount of her supplies because I only order supplies for a small firm for which I had most of the supplies she was offering on hand.

About a week later I received four large boxes packed with post it note pads, magic tape, binder clips and pens. The site of all those supplies were shocking.

I called the number on the packing split to inform them that they had made a mistake with the order. A voice machine picked up so I left a message, for which I never got a reply.

Several weeks later the invoice came in. I was outraged with the balance of the invoice. I had ordered what should have been no more than $100.00 worth of supplies but received an invoice of over $7,000.00.

Immediately I called the Arizona phone number. The voice machine, like before, picked up. I left a message, no reply, so I called again. This time I get a call back from Patricia Nelson. I told her that I was quite aware of their business tactics because I had done some research on the company.

I told Patrice that I was disturbed about their ordering procedure and wanted a full refund and adviced her to forward return packing labels for the supplies to be sent back to TP Supply. She agreed to do so, but also requested that I keep the supplies at a 50% discount, for which I refused.

Patricia Nelson told me that she will forward, that day, the return label via U.S. mail and that I should receive them within 7 business days.

It appeared however, that she was not surprised by this phone call and of my disappointment. She was prompt to agree to send the return labels to be shipped back to TP Supply, no charge to my company.
