TP Supply ripoff nice try Ft. Mojave Arizona

I recieved a call from a women from TP supply Inc. about two weeks ago, saying that her company was moving from VA to AZ and she was trying to get rid of her inventory because it would be cheaper to sell it then to move it all the way to AZ. She asked for me by name and said that my boss had ask her to speak to me and that he was interested in ordering the supplies she had because the price was so low.

I listened to her and she was qouting me prices per gross which 144 for an item. She said she could only sell by the gross. She went down her list and ask if we used these items I said yes but our storage space is limited and I did not want to order alot of supplies at one time. I must admit I did not know what a gross was when I was speaking with her so I asked her and she told me she was not sure she thought it was a few dozen. Well the prices were amazing she qouted me 3.39 a gross for schotch tape, and 4.39 per gross for pens. I thought wow the way pens disappear in the office this is really great. So order 1 one gross of the items that we use.

To move the story along at the end of my conversation with her I asked for her name and telephone number to contact her she refused to give it to me saying that because the company was moving all the info would be changing. So I told her I was not comfortable ordering the supplies with no info on her company I would just continue ordering from other places.

Today I come in to see five huge boxes of more paper clips, sticky pads, white out, and staples you could ever use in a life time. The invoice says they packed 4 gross of 4 items and 2 gross of two items, and 1 gross of 2 items. Even if I wanted to keep this I only ordered 1 gross of what I ordered.

So I get online and type in TP SUPPLY INC. and low and behold up comes this web site I read all the reviews and the very same thing happened to all these other companies.

So I called and left a message of course there is no one answering the phone. I had no response so I called 928-704-4902 and left a message for Patricia Nelson who called back about an hour later. I told her that I am not comfortable keeping these supplies with out knowing how much they cost. She said she would fax bill a copy of the bill. 10 minuted later she calls back and says to billing department isnt finished generating the bill but the cost is $2,200.00+ I dont remember the exact number because I was so angry that this company was trying to rip my company off. I told her was not interested in keeping the supplies and she said she would be sending the ups shipping stickers to return the supplies no cost to our company.

I will update if I recieve them.
Do not even talk to these people even though I told her I did not want to order this with out knowing about her company they still sent the supplies and were going to try to bill us a crazy amount. Just hang up on them.
My boss is file a complaint with BBB.
