Tracey Yokich Macomb Co Court Michigan Ethically & Morally Questionable Mt. Clemens MI

This Judge is as crooked as they come,  vote her out! In countless cases she openly references a “Magic Wand”, while disregarding the law and her own court orders. Yokich is often completely disrespectful and openly hostile to witnesses, especially when she has already chosen to side with the plaintiff or defendant, even before hearings on the record or any testimony. The simple definition of bullying witnesses is an understatement here. Originally her rulings were primarily against fathers as she displayed her severe biased conduct towards them in open court.  Until the occasion, she stated to a father in open court, all he needed to worry about is working and paying child support:  despite the custody/visitation issue being addressed. This incident for a time was available on YouTube. 

Yokich subsequently flipped her script, siding with the DV abusers, no matter if they had a criminal record or not. She does not conform to the ethical and professional standards outlined by rules of conduct for someone in an official capacity.  She will behave in a hostile and aggressive manner towards witnesses or parties in a case, who are especially affiliated to law enforcement officers and military past or present.

Another highlight, the case of Chad Seils and his two children Heavyn and Skyler, lives were lost related to her biased rulings. Additional, a case involving a defendant mailing her a letter threatening to kill himself on the court house steps, including other undisclosed other threats in this written communication, had a criminal record including which included violence and drugs, gravely behind in child support, willfully absent from the minors lives for long periods of time, was granted full custody.

Macomb County itself has been investigated on many levels of government, by Federal jurisdiction.  The severe corruption in this jurisdiction continues with no end in sight. Conflicts of interest in legal matters, unethical practices and blatant prejudices are ignored and swept under the rug. If you are not in their dirty sandbox in an official capacity and/or affiliation, do not expect to obtain rulings based on written laws, but personal beliefs and biased associations.  In short, Tracey Yokich’s orders and rulings are extremely biased, disrespectful, and displays blatant disregard for the written law she took an oath to uphold.  Her “opinion” is foremost.

Unable to get elected in a District Court seat, she was appointed by Gov. Granholm within a year of her father, Stephen Yokich (form UAW president). Since no one has run for her seat, she will continue to, by default, hold her seat in the MCCC. It all boils down to money, politics, and her need of power and control. Yokich has not been married, does not have children, holds seats on several boards which may also benefit from her rulings and orders. Do not expect to be treated with fairness or impartiality in this courtroom unless you are in her sandbox. 

It is impractical to address these ongoing issues to the Judicial Tenure Commission, as has been in the past and present.  This Commission’s record of handling complaints regarding their peers has been an enormous disservice to the citizens.  Their secretiveness, concealment of complaints and actions, leniency regarding complaints and discipline towards those who have abused their power and oaths to their office, are repulsive.  The Freedom of Information Act does not apply to this Commission.
