Tracfone=Ingram Micro Mobility sold me a 129.00 phone that didn't work said we'll replace it I said no I want a refund they said NO Reeves Indiana

I did send it back so they sent me another one after I told them I wanted a refund so I refused it, all there smart phone are refurbished I don't want junk stupid.

Well Tracfone got away with ripping me off. I got the Attorney General’s Office involved and because I got mad at Tracfone and told them I will cause them as much trouble as I can for the rest of my life and I will the Attorney General won’t pursue the case. So people the next time Tracfone rips you off be nice and feel great that you live in a country where our government lets foreigners in to steel your money and get away with it.

Most any good Honest Reputable American company will refund your money if you’re not happy for any reason but not Tracfone once they have you’re money their not letting go of it. Because they are foreigner’s maybe they don’t understand what the word Honesty means so let me tell you, Honesty: 1. The quality or condition of being honest. Honest; Marked by or displaying truthfulness and integrity; upright. 2. Not deceptive or fraudulent; genuine. Plus try and file a complaint with the B.B.B. they won’t let you why is that?

  I for one would like to know where and who Tracfone money is supporting. Every time I called to complain you can hear other operators in the background saying ( sir don’t use that language with me or I’ll hang up) in broken English not one person I talk to could speak clean English someone should look into where their sending that money. Next time you buy a Tracfone ask yourself “what country is my money going to support”

 Why did you not just take the phone back to where you purchased it?? They are not going to give you a refund its been far too long since your purchase. You can either accept the phone you do have or pay for a different one. Its not difficult to understand. THEY did not put your life at risk, that was you stupid. It doesnt matter to THEM how many heart attacks or stints you have. THEY can only deal with your phone situation. YOU have put YOUR health at risk by ONLY having ONE form of communication. Get your landline fixed and accept the fact that we are not buying your story. It ONLY worked for a hour, did you charge it? Do you know HOW to turn it on. Is this your first smartphone? If you did not charge it and you dont know how a smartphone works then the entire situation is based on your ignorance.

You need to accept that you are stuck with this phone and service until you can find the money to go to another service. You can yell at fedex like some crotchy old fart about a refund. You can continue to post all you like it will not change the FACTS in your life. FACT is youre stuck until you can get another phone.
