Tradesy Suspended my account without notice or proper reason Santa Monica California

Sold on Tradesy for almost a year. I provided excellent customer service, shipped my orders next day and communicated with buyers.

One day, I logged in and found I was locked out of my account and all of my listings were gone. There was no notice or reason. I had to contact Tradesy to find out why, and they stated I listed an item for sale that was a replica. No additional information, such as if/when my account could be reistated, was available.

I was completely insulted because I would never do that, and my item, although it was similar to a designer item, was not a replica. I email back providing proof that the item was too general to be considered a replica and that is being sold in US department and jewelry stores (major US department stores would not sell knock off bracelets and are fully aware of all legal issues concerning similar items).

I would never list a replica but Tradesy customer service is obviously not up to date on the laws regarding patents. I emailed them with proof and interlinks of all the stores selling similar items and asked when my account would be reinstated. After a week, they will not respond to me. It is completely unprofessional to suspend and lock and account without proper cause and without notifying the person. I was given no response or indication if and when my closet and listings will be renistated. I cannot believe that they would treat their sellers like this and I am completely shocked and insulted. Their competitors treat their sellers much better. I sell on multiple sites and am aware of the policies that their competitors use to handle this situation.

I never complained during the time I was with Tradesy. Their site was extremely buggy and difficult to list items. I had so many problems, but I never complained until now, when they have indefinitely suspended my account.
