TrafficExcess RIP OFF Report

I purchased their 25 Guaranteed Paid Sign Ups from TrafficExcess for $1,200 and they asked until March 14, 2013 to complete them for me. I never received them and then asked for my money back and they said they would honor my refund but not until April 14, 2013. It is now April 23rd, 2013 and still nothing and they are now ignoring my emails...

Here's there response back in February and still nothing and it's April 24th as I post this...

What's REALLY BAD is that I'm only ONE of MANY they have NOT REFUNDED from this Guaranteed PAID Sign Up Program... many that I personally know...

Here's what Tunde wrote... One of the owners:

Hello Robert,

We will honor your refund request, however we will also follow our terms.

What that means is that your campaign is supposed to take 3 months as stated when you placed your order. Completion date is: 3/14/13.

Per our Terms and Agreements at: http://www.trafficexcess.com/Terms.html the refund will be sent to you within 30 days of the completion date, latest by 4/14/13.
