TC Talent - Trans Continental Talent ripoff: WARNING: don't work for TCT Rutherford, Lawrenceville, Mt Holley New Jersey

Warning to all: TCT will rip you off, give you false ideas, mislead you, false promises, and then fire you when you just get onto base pay.

I started working for them in jan 2002 and quit march 2002. At the beginning, they tell you what you want to here. They'll help you improve your numbers, tell you to do what ever it takes to get onto base pay. you get paid on enrollments, not shows. you need 25 to get onto base.

Once you get 25, they will make up stories, change statements, just for you to keep scouting free for them. at the beginning they say that you will get credit for everything and that certains things (see below) will count towards your 25. once you get close to 25, they change their promises and don't count payment plans, deactivations towards the 25. They don't pay you on time. they sometimes don't pay you. I'm not sure if this still happens there, but be careful, document everything, listen, and as soon as you see something fishy, leave. Better yet, don't work there.
