Trans Union Credit Reporting Cannot get an answer EVER Allen Texas

I called to release a freeze on my credit report that I paid to have placed. After 4 letters 1 certified, return receipt I called. I had a very hard time understanding the customer service rep and was continually transferred. I was asked some questions and answered them they said, "They did not match my credit report" they Definitely DID since I know where I worked and other pertinent information. The call was not polite, no one articulated English and they would not release my freeze. I am angry that we are hiring foreign countries to do customer service who do not have a knowledge of the English language and how can TransUnion run you around in circles and not comply with government regulations?
