I cancelled my automatic payment with this company over four months ago and they are still deducting money from my account. I cancelled my account with them totally two months ago and they are still deducting money from my account. I have emailed them 4 times in the last two months with no response at all.
My fiance has been trying to reach them on the phone and was put on hold for almost two hours with no answers then either. He finally got through to them again today after they again deducted more money from my account. They are denying any emails received from me and that we ever requested our account be cancelled. I have proof of every email sent to them. After finally cancelling our account, they again deducted more money from my account. My fiance then called again and Some guy named Jeff told my fiance all the money taken today, totalling 150 dollars would be refunded within the hour.
Now it's been almost four hours and no money and now they are closed. I've filed a complaint with the BBB, so hopefully something will get done.
Do not ever do business with this company. We had internet and home phone service with them and the home phone almost never worked, if it did, it was static on the line all the time and the calls would get dropped like you were on a cell phone. The internet was always having problems and whenever we called about any issues, they always said they were not sure what was wrong.
And their supposed backup battery they hook up to your computer does not work either, it fried my computer so we had to get a new computer, and when we told them about that, they stated it was a backup battery and it could not have done any such thing.
Buyers beware, do not do business with this company. I tried them because I was tired of Qwests service, but we went back to them because they are worth it knowing their competetor is such a ripoff.
