Transcendant Innovations yourfreeiphone.com has deceptive advertisers...and when things go wrong, they will leave you in the dark with no recourse Internet

I first noticed problems with TRAINN/yourfreeiphone.com when my 4th referral signed up. He made purchases to the Disney Book Club and never received credit. Naturally, TRAINN blamed this on the advertiser, Disney Book Club, and asked my friend to submit a detailed request for credit which must include a cut-and-paste copy of the email receipt. My friend was just trying to help me out, so he signed up for the deal...after a month he still has not received credit. Complaining to TRAINN accomplished nothing. They leave you in the dark with no recourse.

The next 3 referrals had similar experiences. These referrals all purchased deals from "MagazineBurst." This company's offer is very misleading. They promise 5 magazine subscriptions for $27. What we found out later is that in addition to that, individual magazines are allowed to charge a handling fee...my referrals were actually billed around $90. Not one person who signed up with this company's offer received credit for their purchase through TRAINN. What did TRAINN do after multiple complaints? They asked me to to ask my friends to file a formal request for credit which they never responded to. Their advertisers are deceptive...and when things go wrong, TRAINN leaves you in the dark with no recourse, or rather, a recourse that leads you back into the dark.

TRAINN stands by the statement that they are NOT responsible for issuing credit for your purchases. If they are not responsible, who is? No one is. Think about it...say you were to sign up with yourfreeiphone.com or any other free program, then you get your friends to sign up too. You then would make purchases from their advertisers.

These advertisers, if they are legitimate, would notify TRAINN of your purchase so that TRAINN receives their compensation and hopefully give you credit as well. That is where the cycle will likely stop. TRAINN may or may not give you credit. If not, there's nothing you can do about it. Complain and they will probably ask you to file a request...and if you're like me, you will never hear back from them. So, you'll complain again, and again, and again.

I am writing on this website as a warning to others...because there is nothing left that I can do.
