transcendant innovations TRANSCENDANT INNOVATIONS HAS NOT PAID ME! SCAM SITE! OAK LAWN Illinois

I started my Nintendo3ds website in November. I completed all the requirements and placed my order Nov 21, 2013. For $350. I still have not been paid. First I was told that my paypal account was not verified. When indeed it is. I even provided my paypal verification seal. Then after that I was ignored for a month.  I was then told I would be paid on Dec 7th. I waited for payment to my paypal. I still did not receive payment. I sent in multiple tickets and was ignored. No-one would respond to me. Finally I signed up for another one of their sites and submitted a ticket. They finally responded to me in February saying that I needed to send in a copy of my id for account verification to their email or fax it in. I did both. I waited a couple of days no response. I sent in a ticket telling them I sent it in. Still no response. After 4 months I am beyond frustrated at this point. I worked very hard for this $350 and I needed it to pay bills. It is hard in this economy and I thought this was a legit site. Finally I signed up for another one of their websites again and now I was responded to Feb 19, 2014. They said they received my id and my account is fully up to date and I would be paid that Saturday Feb 22, 2014. It is now March 21, 2014 and I still have not been paid. I have sent in multiple tickets. I have sent in numerous faxes. I know my faxes are being received because I have a confirmation number! Im just not being responded to for no reason. I've seen other people get paid who have completed the sites and followed the same rules I did. I just dont understand why my account is not being paid. I did as I was told. I got my referrals. I submitted my order and I have been waiting patiently. I havent even so much received a check after all of this time. I just want to be paid. I havent started their other sites cuz I still havent been paid from this one! I just want to paid.  And stop being fed excuses and being ignored.
