My husband find Transmission Parts Distribution on eBay and it was such a good deal we contacted them directly for our transmission.........we recieved the transmission and had it put it the following day and it was bad. I called Jeff Madison and told him the problem and he said he would send me another one.........this was all fine and good but I told him I was out the labor I had spent and thought he should reimburse me the labor seeing as he sent me a bad transmission......he agreed. Well I recieved the 2nd transmission about 1 week later and still hadn't received my labor refund! This has now been 3 weeks and Jeff Madison continues to give me the run around........I'm told weekly that the money was refunded to my account and when another week goes by he has another excuse. I have find several complaints about Jeff Madison and Transmission Parts Distribution online and I plan on gathering all info I can and turning him into the Better Business Bureau and I'm contacting a lawyer!

Jeff Madison might have been a nice/honest guy when you worked for him but he has changed! This isn't just my problem but about 20 other people have had the same issue with him and have filed complaints with the BBB of Detroit & Eastern Michigan! I just can't believe he's a honest guy when he has given me the runaround for a month and now just doesn't answer his phone or return my calls. Why are you even looking on Ripoff Report at a former employer??? To bad that court case isn't public......no one will ever know he "was" honest!

I am a former employee that worked with Jeff Madison for several years. I worked with him long enough to know that he is exceptionally trustworthy and dependable. I never saw him lie to or mistreat a customer and I worked with him literally everyday. My experiences working with Jeff were highly positive. You should read Saginaw Superior Court Case AB5563492791 to see the effort he puts into helping others.
