TRANSMISSION PART DISTRIBUTION, INC. Jeff Madison Will not Honor Waranty saginaw, Michigan

I purchased a transmission in december. I finally got it in January from someone they sent the wrong unit to that was close to me. I installed it and it wouldnt work. I carried my truck to the dealer to have it checked out. The unit was bad. I got the dealer on the phone with transmission parts and they agreed to send a replacement unit. It never came. It got harder and harder to get in touch with any one. Finnally I asked for my money back and was promised the check was in the mail over and over.

Jeff Madison gave me his word I would get my money back and will not answer the phone any more. I paid 699.00 for the unit and have recieved nothing. Its been 6 months I got tired of waiting so I rebuilt the one that was in the truck myself. It works but I still want my money back.

When ever I can get off work Im going to drive out there and hand deliver the unit I got from them And not leave till I get my money back for the unit and travel expenses. I will not let this go. Sorry Jeff I am going to aggrivate you till I get paid.
