Transmission Parts Distribution Jeff Madison part failed within two weeks and i called them because it was still under the 2 year warranty and they said they would look up my information on my purchase and that was a month ago. they do not answer, Internet

i bought a transmission from these guys and had it installed. two weeks later the front pump goes out and i call them up to tell them . seeing how it was well under warranty still i figured the would either send me a new transmission or at least a replacement part.

so when i finally get a hold of them they tell me they need to look up my information to see if its still under their warranty and that they will call me back. a week goes by nothing from them so i call and call and call so much so thats its a month later and still no answer or returned calls after i have left messages
