Transmission Parts Distribution Jeff Madison Sent me a bad Transmission Saginaw, Michigan

I ordered my trans on-line on March 29, 2012 and was told it would be shipped to me in 5 to 7 days. It took 30 days too I finally got it.Which was Feb. 29, 2012. I called a couple of times to find out where my trans was and why it was taking so long. They told me they tested it and it wasn't working propperly and offered me my $95.00 shipping fee back. Which I still haven't recieved. Then after it was installed by a local repair shop. I was told it wasn't working and It needed to be taking back out of my car to be fixed. The repair shop called Jeff Madison and Jeff agreed to pay the cost of the repair. Which was $500.00. The repair shop took old parts from my original trans to put in my so called new trans. Needless to say I never recieved my $500.00 either yet. So, I then decieded to take Jeff Madison to civil court to get my $595.00 back. Which, I won the case against Jeff on May 30,2012. Jeff was ordered to pay me $617.00. Which, when I called him about it. Jeff flat out told me he wans't gonna pay me. We then agreed on Jeff paying me half of the money he owned me. Which was $300.00. Figuring half is better than none but  I still have not recieved that either. It's now June 13,2012. I will be contacting the Saginaw sheriff's dept and the county clerk to try to get my judgement paid.
