TranSouth Financial ripoff, rude, insulting, unprofessional, dirty, nasty Mineapolis Minnesota

Where do I start on these people at TranSouth Financial?! They are horrible, rude, terrible people! If you get a loan offer from them, DO NOT TAKE IT!

My ordeal began from the day I bought my car at Carmax. By the time my 1st month payment was due, they had still not sent me anything at all, so I called them. They said well we don't show a payment as due so wait till you get a bill. So I waited, a few days later my phone rings with a very angry woman on the other end saying I was behind on my 1st payment and if that was the way I am going to conduct business, that they will come get the car--I should have let them. It has been pure hell since that day forward!

Last night (1/21/05)I told them to come get the d**n car. A Ms. Alexander (and yes that is her real name) called me 8 times between a short period, left me 2 messages. When I did not 'jump' when she called she actually called my mother told her to tell me to call them that I owed them $508. So when I got a chance I called her back. Can we say rude, mean and nasty?? Now mind you, my payment is only $292, and I was only 2 days late--where the other $216 came from I don't know and they wouldn't tell me!

Ms. Alexander stated that she has been calling me for the past 31 days leaving me messages and I have not returned her calls! Bull Crap!And when I told she had not called me and I could get my phone records to prove she yelled that she didn't give a d**n about my phone records--that her computer proves she called!

To make a long story short, after being harrassed by her (and hung up on) I called her back and demanded to speak with a supervisor, who came on the phone asking when I wanted to make an appointment to have the car picked up, sincec I was refusing to make a payment. I told her I was not refusing, that I could not pay the entire $508, she said its $508 or they pick up the car. I told them my address and said they could come get the d**n thing!!!
We all should get together and do something about these people!!! Take a stand!!!
