Transportation Alliance Bank Account Actions, Internet

I have two accounts with this bank and over the years usually have no problems with them. Due to a couple of business's abusing their privileges one of my accounts had a high amount of negative activity. So the bank locked my accounts until I called them. I talked with them and we corrected everything and closed the account that was being abused. We entered into an agreement and the representative was to unlock my account as I told her my financial situation. I kept my part of the deal, but they didn't unlock my account and I didn't find out until after the collections dept was closed.

So I called the bank several times explaining I am now on the side of the road unable to buy fuel to continue with my business. Nor was I able to buy food. They told me there was nothing that could be done until Monday, and this started on Friday. I asked them if I was to starve/fast for 3 days because they made a mistake? I even had one manager who made it seem as if it was my fault for their mistake. After 48 hours I called again and was told that there was nothing they could do.

I asked them what am I to do, perform sexual favors because of their actions if I wanted to eat? They told me to try and have someone wire me money. I asked them when is the last time they saw a Western Union or Money Gram machine on the side of the freeway? Most Banks have Emergency contact information for their employees to access. They claim they don't. But if someone was robbing the Bank through wire transfers they would be able to call someone, and they wouldn't be waiting till MONDAY! I told them if I had to wait till Monday for a measly $335.00, I would be seeking that, monetary damages and jobs.
