Travel centers of America, AT&T vs Me

Friday March 24,2000 my husband went to the TA in Gary In to purchase an AT&T prepaid phone card for our cellular phone When he tried to use it it hadn't been activated so he returned it to the manager who called him several names causing my husband to loose his temper and the manager had him taken off the lot keeping both the card and the $l04.99 we paid for it. We have contacted AT&T and the headquarters for the TA and all we get is the run around.AT&T says that the clerk at the TA told them she gave my husband back his money so they will not get involved.The TA says that the report has been sent to higher management and we will be notified in the near future on the outcome. All we want is the 240 mins put on our cellular phone so we can use it to contact shippers and receivers when it is necessary.Our cellular phone number is 1888 285 9720 ext 760ll. thank you for your help
