Travel Centers Of America 2 hour wait and still no dinner Santa Rosa New Mexico

My boyfriend and I are a trucking team. One night while on the road(it was about 6:30 PM) we decided to stop and eat at the T/A's restaurant. It was 6:45 when we were seated. We ordered our meals, which were taco salad and enchiladas which were both specials. We received our drinks and proceded to wait and wait and wait. The time now was 8:45 and he got up and traked down the waiter and asked what was taking so long and told him that three other tables had come in after us and they had their food. The waiter responded by saying "we are just busy right now" Needless to say we got up and left.

In the truck I called the T/A customer service number and they took my report. During the call the customer service rep. said "that someone would follow up with me. It has now been more than a week and no one has called and no e-mail or any other form of communication.

My suggestion to all of you out there is to not go there if you are looking for good service.
