Tre Milano llc Instyler comb I am the biller of the product and I sent my mother a birthday gift from this company for which she did received. Somehow customer service removed my name from the list as the biller and made my moth Van Nuys, California

i have tried to make contact with this company concerning the billing process.Somehow this company made my mother the biller and shipper for this product. I have sent several emails concerning the payment of this product and come to find out that they sent my mother to collections for no reason.i ireceived information from my mother that this is what happened. I have also tried to get them to lookup my information to fix the problem but they insist that I made her the biller and the shipper.they went through my account to collect the first payment of 34.98 and also emailed me a confirmation of all payment made in 40.00 dollars increments.my mother does not own a computer so it took me to do the ordering and make the payments as requested by them according to the billing of the receipt that I have. I was willing to send them a copy of the receipt to prove to them that I was the biller of the product and they refused. Before they would admit that they changed the information given to them in order to get the product they insist that she was the one that ordered and left me to pay for it. i am located in seattle and there is no way that she could obtain my information for this product. she made no effort to contact anyone by phone to order this product. it was a gift from me which means that i had to do the ordering for her to receive it. i have made a greiveance to them to remove her from collections and what i was told by them was they refuse to change the information that they inadvertly put in place of mine. i think that they should eat this error and no payment should be made because of their mistake. is this how this company is ran because i won't order anymore products from them ever again. i do know that they have got to have my information on file somewhere and they just won't honor it even though they took payments from my checking account.
