My family ordered a Christmas tree from Treetopia in November of 2014. Upon receiving the tree, it was missing a tree stand. A week later they sent a replacement stand. We thought we would finally be able to put up our tree, only to find out they had sent an incomplete tree with another mssing part. So now 2 of the 4 parts to be included were wrong or missing.
The correct part of the tree finally arrived on January 8th 2015. So I called Treetopia back to let them know since it was now January and Christmas had already passed I would no longer need a Christmas tree, and that I wanted a refund.
They unappologeticly refused to offer a refund stating that my 30 day window to request a refund had already expired even though it took them well over 30 days to finally complete my order.

Artificial Tree...

This is an Artificial Tree right?
So what were you going to do with this tree after the Christmas Season? Were you going to just throw it away? No..my guess is that you were going to store it and use it again.
So while inconvienient and unfortunate that you didn't have it for this Christmas, you have it for next year(and probably a few years to come). So if it was truly for just this Christmas, why when it wasn't there before Christmas did you not call up and just tell them to forget it and give you a refund? Even had you done it a day or two after, perhaps I could see it. But it is now over 2 weeks Since Christmas.
