I purchased the 12-foot clear light white Christmas tree at $600.00 a few years ago. Fabulous during the first year. The second year I noticed this expensive tree turning yellow despite excellent care and storage. They did send another tree as a replacement in 2014. We immediately stored it correctly inside the house. We did not put this replacement tree up last year - the tree was never assembled and it is still brand new.
We took this tree out of storage today to put up for the very first time. How discouraging it was to see the dark yellow in all sections of the tree. Treetopia refused to do anything despite this being a new and unused tree because my 5-year warranty on the original purchase had expired. Really? A brand new tree that you sent me and has never been used? Thanks Treetopia for disappointing my family and me during this 2016 Christmas season. Wish I could attach photos to show all reading this review what your company is really about.

How disheartening it was to see dark yellow in all 5 sections of this tree. Treetopia refused to do anything despite this being a new and unused tree, with their tags still on, because my 5-year warranty on the original purchase had expired. Really? A brand new tree that was sent to me and has never been used?
