Trends Auto Misleading advertisement. Use of foul lanauge from customer service including the F bomb. greenville Wisconsin

I ordered a set of Go Rhino step bars for my truck on ebay from Trends Auto. Upon recieving these i noticed that the mounting brackets were not included. I checked the original listing and it did not say that brackets were not included but now an updated version says that brackets are not included. I made a copy of the original listing for that reason.

Upon calling customer service i was told that thats too bad and treated poorly. Upon refusing to order a mounting kit and telling the representative that the listing was shady he became mad and proceeded to tell me to "f*** off" and "f*** you" and he and his company did not care if i wasn't happy.

I'm in the process of a complaint with EBay. FYI, Ebay customer service on the phone is based evidentally in india and its worthless.
