Tresor Rare Drugged Me and Scammed Me Out of $25k! Nassau New Providence

STAY AWAY FROM TRESOR RARE! I am an 80-year-old woman who got scammed by this company on January 30, 2019 in Nassau, Bahamas while vacationing on a cruise. Like many other victims whose stories I have read, I was wooed and subdued with drug-laced champagne by pushy salesmen and had FOUR of my credit cards charged, without my consent, for a total of over $25,000!

After spending nearly 2 hours with the salesman, I felt woozy and disoriented and fell of out of my wheelchair as I was re-boarding my cruise ship. It wasn't until after I returned to my cabin and looked at my receipts that I noticed the salesmen charged 4 of my cards for over $25k! I did not know I was being charged for this many products and the salesman kept telling me that my cards were declined.

Little did I know that they were maxing out all my credit cards to their limits and fraudulently signing my names on the credit card receipts! I don't remember much because I WAS DRUGGED! Whatever items I allegedly purchased were shipped to me from a warehouse in Florida. I did not sign for them and shipped them right back to where they came from.

To date, Tresor Rare has refused to issue me a refund, citing their "No Refund" policy WHICH I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF! The credit card companies are siding with Tresor Rare because Tresor Rare has produced FRAUDULENTLY SIGNED credit card receipts and is relying on their "No Refund" policy.

I have already retained a lawyer to pursue whatever action is necessary to get a refund and have my credit card accounts credited. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are SCAMMERS and CRIMINALS who drugged me and took advantage of me!!
