Ordered product on july 18 company put money on hold in my account my bank kept hold until july 22 I called company on july 28 company said product was on back order therefore I cancelled order during same call was assured nothing would be charged to my account july 30 company charged my account anyway I called july 31 several operators were rude to me hung up on me laughed at me and said there was no way to get my money back now my account is over drawn with fees I cancelled before product was shipped
