Tri Star Products Rip-off Cashed my check at a bank that doesn't exist! Wallingford Connecticut

First off, it took your website to finally locate the company telephone number so that I could locate my deal on 2 pasta pots. Sent them a check for $31.97 on 1-30-03. They cashed it on 2-18-03 and still no pots. Called Linda at 1-800-354-1073 and was told they were back ordered and would ship sometime in April.

Tired of the runaround, I demanded a refund and not the back-ordered pots from who knows where. Linda said I would receive a refund of $31.97 in 2 weeks time. Lets hope they don't have to make the paper they print their checks on. I'll let you know how things turn out.
