Like many here, I was lied too and taken advantage of. My car was totaled. Gap paid what the insurance would not pay, but they sent the check to Triad, only after I asked Triad and was promised they would send a "payment in full" notice to Gap, so I could receive my money without going through them. Well, they sent it late and Gap had already sent the check.

Now Triad has the check, who in turn told me they have to wait 30 days before they release the check to me. So I asked CS why the wait for 30 days. She told me I would need to talk to accounting. I said connect me with accounting. She told me that accounting does not take incoming calls and there was no number she could give me. What a way to do business. So far, I have yet to get a real answer over the phone after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes or via email. The answers make no sense.

Like someone else here, my payments never seemed to make the principle go down. They need to be investigated. So, although I loved my car, it was probably a Godsend it was totaled. I have now financed another car, I hope, with a much better company.

I will never do business with this company again!

I cannot believe the customers complaints on harrassments for late payments, but it is okay to keep my money for 30 days after it is received from Gap?

Count me in on the class action, although I don't think it will do any good.

Yes, I be in touch with the Attorney General if I do not get an adequate respons.
