A car payment was sent the last week of Sept 2006 and has been lost (never posted by Triad/Roadloans). A complaint was filed with the BBB and Triad answered with a nonsense reply that "there is no grace period for loan and you will be contacted if you are late". I finally made a duplicate payment but I am not sure if I should stop pymnt on lost check or close checking account. Their answer (to the Better Bus. Bureau complaint) did not even address the issue of the lost/misplaced payment. The Atty Generals and BBB for all Triad locations should be made aware of these LOST PAYMENTS. The company is in Huntington Beach, CA & Palatine, IL and Chicago, IL
