I am behind on payments and got a call while at work and my father answered the phone. Instead of leaving a message they told my father that I was behind on my payment and that I need to get them up to date. This evening I went to there website to make a payment to find there website is down. I will join in the Class Action Lawsuit and be contacting my AG and as Recommended CA's AG as well

I believe that they are allowed to leave a general message like that without revealing the details to anyone at your contact number, and can even contact your references and inform them of such things as well. The easiest way to avoid that is to pay your bills.
