Tribute Credit Card Company They let someone take your Identity Atlanta Georgia

On Oct 2006 I received my statement in the mail and saw that the amount that was due was incorrect. I asked my partner if she had used the card she denied. I looked over the statement and saw that there were two purchases from a PCI Perfumes in Danvers at the Liberty Tree Mall. I had only been there once. I then noticed that there were two other purchases that I know I did NOT make. One to a Comcast, and the other to Sprint. I have never paid my bills with my credit cards.

I contacted them and told them that these were not my charges they told me file a dispute. In November I filed a dispute and also filed a police report to The Danvers Police Department against the lady from PCI perfumes for taking my number. I did get information from the PCI perfumes that their former employee did take my number and she was let go of her job. I had done all my own investigation.

I got all the proper paper work from Comcast and Sprint showing that I did not use a credit card to pay my bill and proof of check that I wrote to them. I have the original receipt that I got from PCI perfumes and the one that the lady forged my signature.

On Wednesday the 7th I received 2 letters in the mail saying that they were still investigating my dispute, both letter are dated for different days. Now when you file the first dispute they have 30-45 days to complete the investigation. Well it has been over 3 MONTHS....there is a problem!!! Then on Feb. 10 (letter dated Feb 06) I received yet another letter saying that they sent me a different letter asking for more information I NEVER GOT....and that I made these purchases.

When I called them about this letter there was nothing in my filing saying anything about any of the letters that are being sent to me. They will contact me about what is going on nor will they understand my side of this!!!
